Sunday night (March 13th), as from 20:15 hours (local time) the German NDR will broadcast the “Musikschau Der Nationen 2010”. The program can be received in several countries, thanks to digital cable networks. At this show, well known military bands such as the Heeresmusikkorps 1 (Germany) and the US Army Band Europe participated. Furthermore performances of the following bands: Band of the Dutch Customs, Kenya Navy Band, Armed Forces Band Malta, Musique de la Region Terre Sud-Quest from France, Banda Musicle dell’Arma dei Carabinieri from Italy and the Central Orchester of the Mongolian Forces.

The Irish Marching Bands Association (IMBA) and Drum Corps Europe have announced that the two associations will now officially enter a Certified partnership. This partnership will offer many opportunities for Irish bands to travel and compete in events across Europe. It will also offer international bands the opportunity to compete in DCE shows hosted in Ireland. As part of this partnership the IMBA will be hosting 5 DCE certified shows in 2010. 
From the 24th until the 27th of March, Vancore Percussion Instruments BV will show their newest Marching products to the world at the Frankfurter Music Fair 2010 in Frankfurt Germany, and this year with a world premier in Marching Drums! What this will be is going to be announced at 24th of March in Frankfurt at the Vancore Percussion booth E50 in Hall 3.0. Thai Marching Band with the Department of Physical Education manage "Thailand International Band Competition 2010" (TIMBC 2010) under the certification of the World Association of Marching Show Bands (WAMSB) and Asia Pacific Bands Association. APBA will hold the contest during the 9-11 July at the National Stadium in Bangkok. This is the first time foreign Marching Band entries in Thailand. Bands can register for participation to the Marching and Show contests by submitting an application form by e-mail to the following address no later than 25 April, 2010 :
