Unik Star 2011 program: Requiem Claude Monet

The staff of Xpression Winterguard (Hellemmes, France) has the pleasure to present the theme of their new show 2011: "Requiem - Claude Monet". This new program, inspired on the beautifull painting of Claude Monet dating of 1916, "Water Lilies", is created by Alliance Winterguard based in Colchester in England. The show will be presented at the CGN competitions in the Netherlands and maybe in England.

Beatrix D&BC: USA tour 2012

During a member meeting this spring, on Saturday April 24th, the members of Vereniging Beatrix Korpsen gave their ok to the board to investigate if a 2012 USA Tour is possible. This has been officially announced yesterday during Family Day. This 8th edition of a USA Tour is in line with our strategy to visit the Mekka of our great hobby every four years.

Scores and photos contest Huizen (NL)

18 corps attended at the Drum Corps Netherlands contest in Huizen last Saturday. Corps and bands from the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium made their performances in the Percussion Class, A-Class and Premier Class. Jong Jubal became the highest score at the Junior Class, DINDUA at the Percussion Class DINDUA, Heartliner at the A Class and for the Premier Class Jubal became the number 1. All scores are mentioned below. Kidsgrove Scouts: The Heist begins

On Sunday 20 June the Kidsgrove Scouts Drum & Bugle Corps gave its 2010 production, Heist of The Century, its first public viewing at the Barnsley BYBA show.The expectant crowd were not disappointed as the corps, marching 85 members, took to the field resplendent in their red, white & black uniform.The opening hit nearly raised the roof of the small stadium but there was plenty more to come and the crowd were on their feet by the end of the show.
